The Versace spokesmodel was seen wearing her emerald engagement ring and clutching a small shopping bag from the designer store famed for its classic American sportswear for women.

The loved-up couple, both 46, were dressed casually for their outing with Oliver in a blue and white short-sleeved Oxford shirt and cuffed jeans.

Meanwhile, Halle made a simple white T-shirt look positively elegant thanks to her defined bone structure, and she paired the long top with a colourful patterned maxi skirt and sandals.

Berry is currently embroiled in an intense custody battle for four-year-old Nahla with former boyfriend, Calvin Klein model Gabriel Aubry.

The Monster's Ball actress has said she wants to move with her daughter to France to live with Martinez.

Aubry is requesting to the courts that his daughter stay in Malibu, where Halle now has a home, as she'll be able to safely attend local schools.

The Oscar-winner insists, though, that life in Hollywood is unsafe under the ever present paparazzi.

It's not known precisely what happened in court for Halle and her ex-boyfriend of five years French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry since the legal proceedings were sealed.

However, according toE! News, 17 days have been blocked off on the schedule for a trial and witnesses will be called, so this case is far from over.
And according to TMZ, Halle's lawyers have filed a declaration from her friend Salma Hayek, who spends a lot of time in France with her daughter Valentina and doesn't have to deal with the kind of paparazzi elsewhere.

The actress' friends were recently spotted celebrating Halle's birthday over dinner at Little Door in Hollywood with their respective French significant others.

Berry just wrapped filming The Hive in South Central Los Angeles, which is due out next year.

In the thriller, Halle plays a 911 emergency operator who takes a call from a teenage girl, played by Little Miss Sunshine's Abigail Breslin, who's been abducted and carried away in the boot of a car.
The kidnapping plays out in real time as the pair work together to track down the killer.
