Halle Berry treats daughter Nahla to an ice cream... but manages to resist one herself

Halle Berry's daughter Nahla gets stuck in to a delicious-looking ice cream.

But the Hollywood actress managed resist the temptation of a sweet treat herself and went without.

The diabetic Monster's Ball star follows a regimented diet and is also said to be strict on Nahla eating's habits.

The mother and daughter were pictured together at the Westfield shopping centre in Century City, Los Angeles today.

Halle looked great in a summery maxi dress while Nahla was wearing a tiered black dress for the outing.

The youngster was also sporting a face painting, having earlier spent the afternoon at children's restaurant Giggles N' Hugs.

Diabetic Halle follows a strict diet and is said to enforce similar rules on the toddler, which the insider claimed the model was not been enforcing.
