Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez forget about her custody battle woes on loved-up stroll

She is embroiled in a bitter custody battle with the father of her four-year-old-daughter Nahla.
But Halle Berry looked far from stressed out as she enjoyed an afternoon with her late current partner.
The Monster’s Ball actress stepped out with fiancé Olivier Martinez in Malibu, California on Saturday.

The pair, both 46, dressed in relaxed clothing which was ideal for the warm temperatures.

Halle wore a cowl neck long off-white dress with large cut-out areas for her arms.

The popular design enabled her blue bikini to be seen while Olivier’s ensemble covered him up a bit more.
The actor – who is a huge fan of motor bikes – wore a T-shirt with a design for Bell Motors on it and jeans rolled up at the hem.
Both stars covered their eyes with large sunglasses as they dined at Tony Taverna.
During the meal, in which they appeared to sip champagne, the mother-of-one clearly found something funny as checked her mobile phone.

After passing her cell for her beau to look at, he was noticeably humoured and she proceeded to grin at his delight.
Despite her little one spending the time with her father this weekend, it seemed she was still on the mind of her single parent as she enjoyed adult time.
She was seen emerging from a toy store; and although Berry didn’t have any goods in hand, it appeared she was carrying a receipt or order form for a purchase.

The Oscar-winner insists that life in Hollywood is unsafe for her family under the ever present-paparazzi and is planning to relocate to France where her partner is from.
After Princess Diana's fatal car crash in 1997, France made it a crime to harass celebrities in public.
It's not known precisely what happened most recently in court for Halle and her ex-boyfriend of five years French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry since the legal proceedings were sealed.
