It's daddy time! Halle Berry's daughter Nahla catches a movie with doting father Gabriel Aubry

But Halle Berry's daughter Nahla looked like she was having a great time with her father Gabriel Aubry as they went for a play date in Hollywood yesterday.
The ambrosial four-year-old giggled with glee as he gave her a Labor Day weekend treat by taking her to the movies.

Halle, 46, wants to take their daughter to France so she can set-up a love nest with her latest fiance Olivier Martinez.
And while it emerged last month that a child custody report to be presented at court stated Nahla should not be moved so far away from her father, the Catwoman favourite is in no mood for giving up.

Halle has centred her argument for the move around escape from the paparazzi.
The X-Men star's lawyer will ask Martinez, a famous French actor 'about his experience with paparazzi in Paris.'
She is going ahead with the legal maneuver despite the fact both parents were criticised in the child custody report for failing to put their differences aside for the good of their daughter.
