BIKINI-CLAD Halle Berry smoulders on the set of the film where she first met fiancé Olivier Martinez.

The 45-year-old former Bond Girl and the French actor met and fell for each other on set while filming thriller Dark Tide in 2010.
And it's not hard to see what caught Olivier's eye.
Stripped down to a turquoise, coral and pink floral bikini, the actress, who once squeezed herself into leather for her role as Catwoman, flaunted her famously-perfect figure while filming scenes on a boat.
Halle stars as a diving tutor who returns to the deep blue sea after an almost fatal encounter nine years ago with a great white shark.
Olivier plays her old diving partner and ex-husband who stupidly convinces her to get back into the water and face her very real demons.

However, the nightmare soon comes back to haunt them from the deep and the shark is even more blood-thirsty than ever.
Halle was clearly such a catch on set she managed to get Kylie's ex to propose to her soon after, which will be the third time up the aisle.

The Oscar winner has a three-year-old daughter Nahla with ex-boyfriend Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, who she's currently embroiled in a nasty custody battle with.
Not only is she facing stresses from her ex, she recently requested that she be allowed to move to her fiancé's homeland with Nahla after receiving threats from mental patient Robert Hoskins.

Although she's keeping a low profile after breaking her foot while filming in Spain last year, she was due to make an appearance at The Oscars but decided against it.

0229-halle_berry_steven_kolodny_tmzgetty-EXHalle Berry has dumped another man ... but this one has been with her way longer than all the others -- her longtime lawyer/confidante, Neal Hersh ... TMZ has learned.

Here's the lowdown. Our sources tell us Halle wants to go after her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry with nuclear weapons -- metaphorically speaking -- and she thinks Hersh is too much of a gentleman to wage that kind of legal war, even though he has guided Halle through 2 divorces, a custody war and various other legal skirmishes.

So we've learned Halle has hired Stephen Kolodny (above), who is legendary in L.A. legal circles for the level of legal warfare she so wants.

Kolodny has already gone to court with Halle. We've learned last Thursday the new duo went to dependency court to have more restrictions placed on Aubry. The dependency judge has already ordered that Gabriel can only have contact with Nahla in the presence of a monitor. On Thursday, we're told the judge voiced additional concerns and ordered Gabriel to return the child to Halle earlier than the 6 PM deadline on days he has custody.

Kolodny will have his hands full trying to convince the family law judge that Halle should be able to move to France with the child because she's concerned about paparazzi and safety.

One thing's for sure ... it's gonna get nasty.

Hersh and Kolodny could not be reached for comment.

The A-list love it - but is 'anti-ageing drink' kombucha actually doing more harm than good?

The A-list love it - but is 'anti-ageing drink' kombucha actually doing more harm than good?

Celebrities will try just about anything to stay young and keep healthy even if it means drinking a fermented tea that tastes like sweet and sour vinegar.

Kombucha, a fermented beverage that has been hailed as the elixir of youth and a cure for all imaginable ailments, is a favourite among stars like Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon and Halle Berry.

But some nutrition experts and scientists warn that the full extent of the effects of the fizzy tea are still unknown and fans should be aware of the potential health risks before indulging too over-zealously in the drink.

Cell-based studies and those conducted on animals have shown that kombucha helps protect the liver, combats yeast infections and fights the free-radicals that are associated with the ageing process.

With results like these, it's no small wonder that kombucha companies are doing so well. Celebrities, cancer patients, expectant mothers and people with digestion issues are just a handful of the groups of people to whom the lightly effervescent concoction appeals.

But these studies are inconclusive, warn experts, and the alleged benefits should not overshadow the potential health risks when it comes to human consumption.

Dietitian and author of The Plant-Powered Diet, Sharon Palmer, told the Daily Beast: 'It’s important to note the safety concerns of kombucha. There have been side effects reported - like stomach upsets, infections, and even deaths.'

The incident to which the dietician refers is most likely the 1995 death of a middle aged woman who suffered a heart attack after drinking home-made kombucha for two months.

Grocery and health food giant Whole Foods had its own concerns about the alcohol content in 2010 and promptly to took the product off its shelves only to restock it months later.

A mixture of acetic acid, malic acid, butyric acid, oxalic acid, lactic acid, and a minimal amount of alcohol, kombucha's provenance is something of a mystery.

What is known is that it partly takes its name from the Chinese word, 'cha' meaning tea and has been consumed as a remedial drink for centuries in both Asia and Eastern Europe.

Halle Berry Cancels Oscars Appearance

Halle Berry has pulled out of the Oscars - where she was due to present an award with Tom Hanks - because of a broken foot.

Halle Berry has pulled out of the Oscars due to a broken foot.
The 'New Year's Eve' star was set to present alongside actor Tom Hanks at the 84th Annual Academy Awards in Hollywood later today (27.02.12), but has cancelled her appearance because of the injury.
Academy Awards Producer Brian Grazer confirmed the change of plan to E! News, but it is not yet known who, if anyone, will replace the 45-year-old mother-of-one - who won the Oscar for Best Actress in 2002 for her work in 'Monster's Ball'.
Halle suffered the injury back in September whilst filming 'Cloud Atlas' in Spain. According to Warner Bros., the accident occurred while she was, ''walking in Majorca on a day off from filming'', although People Magazine reported that she hurt herself whilst chasing daughter Nahla, three, who was running after a goat across rocky countryside.
Despite six months having passed, Halle - who is rumoured to be planning to move to France to be with boyfriend, French actor Olivier Martinez - was pictured wearing a brace boot on her right leg just last week, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
It is not the first time that she has hurt herself on set. A Warner Bros. spokesman confirms she broke her arm whilst making 'Gothika' in 2003, during a 'physical scene', and she is also believed to have been hit by a boom on the set of 2004's 'Catwoman'.
