Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez take Nahla to Disney On Ice in show of togetherness

Playing happy families: Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez take Nahla to Disney On Ice in show of togetherness

After it emerged that Gabriel Aubry would not be charged with any offence following his brutal brawl with Oliver Martinez, the French actor and Halle Berry took Nahla to Disney On Ice in a bid to look like the perfect little family.
Halle, Olivier and four-year-old Nahla was spotted at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Thursday and looked like they were doing their best to put their recent troubles behind them.
They seemed to be putting the little girl first and concentrating on giving her the perfect Christmas instead of bitterly squabbling over custody rights with Halle's ex Aubry.

At one point Olivier, 46, touched his own face gently while talking to Nahla - possibly pointing at an old scar or blemish.
Then Halle bought her little girl a purple princess crown and the cute curly-haired youngster eagerly put it on and happily sat through the rest of the show.
The Oscar winning actress was wearing black jeans, a black baggy jumper and black flat knee high boots.

Her cropped hair was styled in a semi quiff and she accessorised with a patterned scarf.
Luckily the little girl seemed unaware of the tension surrounding her parents.
It emerged earlier in same day that the case against Aubry, who was charged with assault following the Thanksgiving altercation, will be settled out of court.
Aubry, who was scheduled to be arraigned in court on charges of misdemeanor battery Thursday morning, will instead meet with Martinez at a hearing at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, according to spokesman Frank Mateljan.
Mateljan told E! News: 'They have decided to schedule a City Attorney’s Office hearing in this matter.'
'We are in the process of contacting the parties to set up that hearing.
'Mr. Aubrey’s counsel has been informed that Thursday's court date will be vacated.'
Happy family: The festive outing was the same day it was announced Nahla's father Gabriel Aubry will not be charged with any crime following his brutal brawl with Martinez

Halle Berry's Ex Gabriel Aubry 'Won't Face Criminal Charges Over Thanksgiving Fight With Olivier Martinez'

Insiders claim police have decided to drop the case

Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, will reportedly not face charges over his Thanksgiving Day fight with her current fiance Olivier Martinez.
The pair clashed last month reportedly over the on-going custody battle over Aubry and Berry's four year-old daughter Nahla. Both ended up in hospital following the incident with Martinez charged with assault. However the Canadian model has reportedly been told by police that he will not be criminally charged regarding the incident.
"Instead, the LA City Attorney's Office has decided to hold an informal hearing with Gabriel to discuss his brawl with Olivier Martinez," a source claimed.
The former couple reportedly called a “truce” following the scuffle for the sake of their daughter. Berry's lawyer Blair Berk told E! News in the week after the fight: "The parties have reached an amicable agreement”.

Despite settling one spat, the pair were reportedly back in court this week to discuss financial details of their custody agreement according to RadarOnline.
Meeting behind closed doors, Berry and Aubry reportedly decided on points "that included specific language about how none of the parties - Halle, Gabe or Olivier - would pursue criminal charges against the other."
"All sides managed to agree to satisfactory terms with the focus being on ending the mayhem for the sake of Halle and Gabriel's daughter Nahla," a source told the website.

Halle Berry and her daughter Nahla headed out for some quality mother-daughter time on Sunday, and took a stroll along the picturesque coastline of Malibu.
Four-year-old was in a playful mood and was spotted laughing along with mother as she skipped barefoot along the sand.
At one point, it seem the combination of walking and the windy weather proved too much for the youngster - and she promptly decided to lie down for a rest on the sand.

Halle was pictured giggling as she attempted to encourage her daughter back up onto her feet.
The duo enjoyed some one-on-one time together before heading to meet Halle's fiance Olivier Martinez, for lunch.
After dining at Geoffrey's, Halle left separately, while Olivier and Nahla were spotted leaving the eatery minutes after, with the youngster looking full of energy after her lunch.

On Saturday Halle went on a night out with Martinez to watch the Juan Manuel Marquez versus Manny Pacquiao boxing match.
Halle, 46, and Olivier, also 46, apparently watched a televised version of the Las Vegas fight during their outing in Los Angeles.
It came just weeks after Martinez's Thanksgiving Day brawl with Halle's ex and Nahla's father, Gabriel Aubry.

Olivier would have surely been in his element watching the match.
The French actor has always had a passion for boxing and and was taught how to fight by his father, who was a Spanish professional boxer.
During the match Marquez managed to knock out the hero of the Philippines on the sixth round.

Meanwhile, after his Thanksgiving brawl with Berry's ex, Olivier appears to finally be over his right hand injury.
French-Canadian Gabriel, 36, is also on the mend after having broken his rib and eye during the brutal melee.

The three stars have since come to an 'amicable agreement', according to Halle’s lawyer, Blair Berk, which he confirmed in a handwritten note to E! News.

A source told TMZ that police are still concerned about Gabriel's ongoing anger issues, saying: 'It seems he's still having a hard time getting over his break up with Halle.'
Nahla has since been reunited with her model father and was spotted spending time with him last Friday.
And while Olivier will not be pursuing criminal charges against Aubry, a court hearing is still scheduled for December 13.
