Olivier Martinez and Halle Berry announced their engagement earlier this year.

It's time to bring out the big guns.
Halle Berry plans to introduce a new key player - fiancé Olivier Martinez - into her ongoing custody battle with ex Gabriel Aubry, TMZ reports.
Martinez, who is a famous actor in his native France, will be able to make a strong case supporting Berry's desire to move her young daughter Nahla to Paris, the site explains, because he is very familiar with France's strict paparazzi laws.
In France, taking photos of young children is firmly frowned upon, and Berry insists that these stricter paparazzi laws would help her feel safer when she's out and about with young Nahla.
Berry, 46, initially filed papers requesting permission to move her 4-year-old daughter out of the states back in February, but Aubrey, 36, has been resistant to letting the couple's daughter go so easily.
But Aubrey's argument to keep Nahla in the states is fast crumbling.

At the time, the male model was being investigated for child endangerment charges following an alleged altercation with nanny Alliance Kamden, and had to attend anger management classes for the sake of his daughter.
And now, TMZ reports, his case against Berry's request is growing weaker by the minute, with the male model's expert witnesses faltering at the stand.
Berry has also called upon other bold-faced names to assist her in her custody case, including Hollywood pal Salma Hayek, who is married to French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault.
In a confidential court declaration, Hayek argued that her young daughter Valentina is safer in France than in the States, a source confirmed to the Daily News.
