Father and daughter bonding: Gabriel Aubry clings tight to little Nahla as they chat animatedly on the way to school

Everyone knows it can be such a struggle getting ready for school in the mornings.
But four-year-old Nahla had her father Gabriel Aubry to help her out as he gave her a lift on their walk to school on Friday morning.
The hunky French-Canadian model had no trouble carrying his little girl through the streets of Beverly Hills, holding her in one arm and juggling her bright pink lunch bag.

The pair battled the wintry weather by bundling up on the layers, Gabriel throwing a knitted cap on that matched his layered grey T-shirts.
Little Nahla, with whom he shares custody with his ex Halle Berry, wore a warm coat and had her curly hair tied back in a ponytail as she clung tightly to her father.
The four-year-old appeared to be in a chatty mood, as he made gestures and she played with his furry blonde beard.

Halle and her ex have been engaged in a bitter custody battle with the Monster's Ball star and her new boyfriend Olivier Martinez wanted to permanently move to Paris with Nahla.
Gabriel was reportedly distraught when the actress tried to take his daughter to live in France and the pair eventually reached a custody agreement which means Nahla stays in the US.
Halle, who pays Aubry $20,000 a month in child support, struck a deal with the model last year.

The model and Halle's new French Beau have been embroiled in a feud after the pair were famously battered in a fist fight on Thanksgiving Day.
Aubry, who was pictured with a black eye and other facial injuries, was initially charged in the incident, but was later cleared with the French-Canadian ordered to stay out of trouble for the next year.
The 46-year-old Oscar winner and Olivier both reportedly felt it would not be in Nahla's best interest to prosecute her father for the fight.
