Halle Berry dons a semi see-through knit sweater to takes son Maceo grocery shopping at Bristol Farms

Sheer delight! Halle Berry dons a semi see-through knit sweater to takes son Maceo grocery shopping at Bristol Farms

She's been working hard on set of her CBS show Extant this week, but on Friday Halle Berry was just like any other average mom.
Halle spent an afternoon off stocking up on groceries at Bristol Farms in Beverly Hills with her adorable 17-month-old son Maceo in tow.
She looked comfortably chic with a sexy twist in a semi sheer knit chocolate-brown sweater along with tight blue jeans and black buckled boots.

Halle, whose pixie hairstyle has now given way to luxurious shoulder-length waves, sported dark-tinted sunglasses as she unloaded the grocery-laden cart.
Once she had paced the three paper shopping bags in the car, Halle did the dependable thing and pushed the empty cart to its rightful storing place.
Curly-haired Maceo appeared to be enjoying the ride in the special front seat reserved for little ones on this mommy-and-me outing.

Halle, who wed French actor Olivier Martinez on July 13, 2013, was spotted on the downtown Los Angeles set of Extant on Wednesday.
The sci-fi series, which drew an average of 8.6 million viewers in its freshman season, will return on July 1.
Halle plays ISEA astronaut Molly Woods, who now realizes she 'unwittingly put the human race on a path to destruction.'

Jeffrey Dean Morgan joins the show as J.B. Richter, a mysterious stranger who 'may be the only hope for survival.'
Halle recently revealed to The Guardian that she was disappointed the Academy only nominated Caucasian actors this year.
'I'm disappointed. I'm inspired though, when I see how many people of colour are doing such good work out there,' the mother-of-two told the UK newspaper.
'The quality and value of our work isn't determined by an award. I would like to see more of them recognised, absolutely, but we all need to find the win in the work, and doing our craft.'
