After the dramatic events from last week, it's no wonder Halle Berry's home holds bad memories for her.

According to reports, the former Bond actress, 46, has quietly listed her mansion located in the Hollywood Hills.

The news emerges just days after her current boyfriend Olivier Martinez and ex Gabriel Aubry got into a fistfight on the doorstep of the house.

TMZ reports that multiple real estate sources have confirmed the deal and claim the actress gave a prominent realtor a so called 'pocket listing' a few weeks ago.

It meant the mansion would be listed as for sale but not advertised by Billy Rose from high-end real estate company The Agency.

The broker has a history with the home, as he renovated it a few years ago before selling it to actor Frankie Muniz, who then sold it onto Halle several years ago.

The house, now famous for its doorstep fist fight between Halle's current and ex lover, has been put on the market for $15m.

The 5,900 square feet property boasts five bedrooms, a pool, a spa and another 1,400 square feet guest house.

Sources say the actress has already had an offer for $11m, but is holding out for a higher bid.

Halle, who currently stars in highly anticipated film Cloud Atlas, has made no secret of the fact she plans to move to France to be with her fiance Olivier Martinez.

However, the courtroom recently blocked her attempt to take daughter Nahla with her, who's father is jilted ex Gabriel Aubrey.

The actress and her Canadian model ex have since been involved in a legal battle over their parental rights, which resulted in the physical fight between Olivier and Gabriel on Thanksgiving last Thursday.

They were both left battered and bruised following a vicious Thanksgiving Day Brawl.

But it is now said to be 'highly unlikely' that Gabriel Aubry will face criminal charges for his brutal fight with Olivier Martinez, the actor fiance of his former partner Halle Berry.

According to TMZ, law enforcement sources connected to the case claim the brawl will be considered to be 'mutual combat', making it almost certain that criminal charges will not be filed.

The case is due to be sent to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office on Thursday, but police will not make a recommendation on whether Aubry should be prosecuted.

Meanwhile, Aubry is calling for video surveillance of Halle's driveway to be released, which he hopes could prove that he did not start the altercation.

RadarOnline.com quotes him as saying in a sworn statement: 'I told the officers that [Martinez] was the one who attacked me, and repeatedly told them to get the security tapes from Ms. Berry's security cameras before she and Mr. Martinez deleted them.

'During the time that I resided with Ms. Berry at the Doheny residence, I observed she had at least three cameras in the driveway, and front door areas and two in the front gate area.'

However, the French-Canadian model wasn't so fortunate when it came to his bid to overturn an order banning him from seeing the couple's four-year-old daughter Nahla.

The star appealed to a Los Angeles court on Tuesday to lift an emergency protective order - which banned him from going within 100 yards of Nahla, Halle and Martinez - issued in the wake of his fight with the French actor.

TMZ reported that Aubry, 36, was not granted his request to have the order ended immediately, and instead it will now expire on Thursday.

Initially the order ran until December 3, but the judge acknowledged a clerical error meant it was only valid for two more days.

Should Halle wish to extend the order than she will have to appeal to the court by Thursday.

The ruling came as Halle was seen looking deep in thought and shielding herself behind her sunglasses as she dropped her daughter off at school.

She was present for the confrontation between her fiancé and former lover, but is believed to have rushed her daughter inside to shield her from witnessing the brutal scenes.

Halle's mother spoke out on Tuesday, saying she hoped 'things calm down'.

Former nurse Judith told CelebBuzz: 'This cannot go on, things have got to calm down.'

She added: 'I hope that things get better, I really hope that they do; they have got to get better.'

But when asked how her daughter was she replied: 'As far as I know Halle and Nahla are fine though.'

The fight followed a bitter custody dispute which saw Halle fail in her attempt to move to Paris with her daughter.

Both men have claimed that they were attacked by the other.

While Aubry was arrested and charged with battery after the confrontation he also came off worse for wear, sporting a shockingly bruised black eye and various injuries.

On Monday, he obtained a restraining order against Martinez, who he says should never have been involved in the handover.

Aubry alleges Martinez whispered in his ear: 'I wish I could beat the s*** out of you right now.

'You're lucky we're in a school right now. We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us.'

Aubry also alleges that when he arrived to drop off Nahla at 10am Martinez told him they needed to talk before following him to the car where he attacked him.

He says that even before the fight things had seemed unusual.

'I remember thinking that is was odd for [Olivier] to be there, as he is generally not present during custody transition,' he said.

It has been reported that Aubry now plans to ask the judge to ban Martinez from seeing his daughter.

'Gabe has had enough, he has now twice been accused of criminal behavior resulting in his recent arrest after a fight with Olivier Martinez on Thanksgiving,' a source close to the situation told Radaronline.

'Gabe will ask the judge to prohibit Martinez from having any contact with Nahla.

Gabe will also ask the judge to re-instate his visitation with Nahla after Halle obtained a protective order after his arrest which doesn't allow him to have any contact with his little girl.'

Last week he was photographed with black eyes and broken ribs.

But it seems that those weren't the full extent of Gabriel Aubry's injuries after his fight with Halle’s fiancé Olivier Martinez on Thanksgiving, as he displayed a heavily bruised chest on Thursday.

The father of the actress's four-year-old daughter, who has now reached an amicable settlement with her, showed the bruise through his unbuttoned shirt as he left the court.

The new injury suggested that his altercation with the actor may have been more serious than originally thought.

Despite the physical fight over the holiday and the row over Halle's wish to take their daughter Nahla to live in France, the pair have finally reached a truce in court this week.

Although the X Men actress originally took out an emergency protective order against Gabriel following the fight, banning him from going near her, Nahla or Olivier, that was due to expire.

But after the fight and a courtroom tussle, it appears that all parties have agreed that enough is enough and have come to an agreement on how to proceed.

Halle’s lawyer, Blair Berk, told E! News via a handwritten note that: 'The parties have reached an amicable agreement.'

She added: 'There will be no further statement on the matter.'

Chapman Holly was seen leaving the court arm in arm with Miss Berk and the lawyers seemed to be in good spirits.

Canadian model Gabriel had also secured his own temporary restraining order against Olivier, claiming the actor had tried to kill him.

Although he was initially charged with battery and bail was set at $20,000, Gabriel has since said he wants criminal charges brought against his adversary, claiming he did nothing to provoke their fight - which left him battered and bruised - and Olivier was the instigator.

In the midst of the drama and mud-slinging meanwhile is four-year-old Nahla, who was shielded by her mother on Thursday as she made her way to school in Los Angeles.

Halle's daughter with Gabriel seemed cheerful, however, as she walked under her mother's arm while the actress kept a watchful eye.

Police reports on Wednesday indicated Gabriel, 36, threw the first punch and concludes Olivier, 46, acted in self-defence.

Police sources told TMZ the men traded verbal barbs during the altercation but Gabriel never alerted authorities about alleged death threats he received from Olivier prior to the incident.

Harrowing images of Gabriel Aubry's injuries following his brawl with Olivier Martinez have been released.

The model can be seen displaying an extremely painful-looking and swollen black eye, along with cuts under his left eye and on his forehead and the bridge of his nose.

The 36-year-old, who also has bloodied fingernails as a result of the fight, and has claimed Martinez threatened to kill him.

It doesn’t look like anything is set to simmer down between the pair, as Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend has now obtained a restraining order against her fiancé following the Thanksgiving incident.

And he's also seeking to have his own restraining order lifted prohibiting him from seeing his daughter in the wake of the violent bust-up.

Aubry was hospitalised with broken ribs and a bruised and swollen face following the fight, before he was charged with battery.

And a judge issued an emergency protective order which prevented him from coming with in 100 yards of either Nahla, Halle or Martinez.

But now his lawyers are set to argue that it was Olivier who started the right, although Halle's attorneys are expected to argue the motion in court on Tuesday.

The model obtained his emergency protective order against Martinez at a Los Angeles county court on Monday, according to TMZ. Documents reveal the order is valid until December 17.

Aubry claimed in his declaration that the day before Thanksgiving, the family went to watch Nahla's school play, and Martinez whispered in his ear in French: 'I wish I could beat the s*** out of you right now.

'You're lucky we're in a school right now. We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us.'

The next day Aubry allegedly dropped Nahla off at Berry's and her door was opened by Martinez - even though a nanny usually acts as a go-between.

Aubry claims Martinez said, 'We need to talk,' and as he walked to his car, Martinez allegedly knocked him to the ground, took his head in his hand and slammed it on the concrete driveway, while accusing Aubry of 'costing us $3million' due to the custody battle.

The model goes on to claim that Martinez allegedly said: 'We called the cops. You're going to tell them that you're the one who attacked me, or I'm going to kill you.'

He is hoping to prove his innocence with the help of CCTV footage, and said: 'I told the officers that [Martinez] was the one who attacked me, and repeatedly told them to get the security tapes from Ms. Berry's security cameras before she and Mr. Martinez deleted them.'

Aubry has already been slapped with a restraining order of his own, meaning he has to stay 100 yards away from Martinez, Berry, and his daughter with Berry, Nahla.

It has been reported that Berry’s lawyers will go to court this week in an attempt to have her and Martinez's order against Aubry extended.

In addition, it has been claimed that Aubry could be deported back to his native Canada as a result of the fight.

A source told Radar Online: 'Not only is Gabe dealing with the possibility of losing shared custody of his daughter, Nahla, and possible criminal charges, but the real possibility of being deported back to Canada because of the arrest.

The source explained: 'During the time Gabe was being held at the police station he was asked if he was a United States citizen, and he said no. This is what triggered INS being contacted. It's not a given that Gabe will be automatically deported, but it's a very real possibility. He doesn't need to be convicted in order to be deported, the arrest is enough to terminate his visa.'

The altercation came after a judge ruled that the star is not allowed to move four-year-old Nahla to France, where she was hoping to uproot to in order to live with French actor Martinez.

A source told the website: 'Detectives from the LAPD formally contacted CPS after Gabe's arrest, because Nahla was present when the fight occurred.

'Nahla wasn't actually involved in the melee, and by all accounts, Halle whisked her out of the driveway as soon as the fight between Olivier and Gabe started. However, DCFS was contacted because there has been a history of allegations of physical abuse.

EXCLUSIVE: Halle Berry Shares Secrets Behind Her New Fragrance, Closer

Halle Berry appears in a new ad for her fragrance, Closer.

There's something about Halle Berry's age-defying beauty that leaves us in awe. Even though some dream of looking like her, most will settle for smelling like her. Perhaps that's why the 46-year-old actress has just launched her fifth — yes, fifth — fragrance, Closer. It's unlike her former scents in more ways than one. We caught up with Berry to find out what inspired the daring yet sweet fragrance and what she wants to do next in the world of beauty.

ESSENCE.com: This is your fifth fragrance to date, and the others are a bit more floral and feminine; this one is a lot different. What was your inspiration?
HALLE BERRY: Well, this started with the name, Closer. That was a concept we wanted to create — something that would potentially bring men and women closer together. It is probably more masculine than all the fragrances because it has this fougere in it, which is traditionally very, very masculine. But then it’s balanced out with the mimosa flower, my favorite, and it’s actually in all my other fragrances. And it has a little bit of violet, and there’s a floral bouquet that accompanies this.

But I think what’s great about it is that a woman will buy it, because it is still very womanly, but it has that fougere, which maybe makes it feel very modern. And then a man will smell it and think, Wow, that smells great on you, that might actually smell good on me, too. So it’s a way for couples to share something as intimate as fragrance, which we hope then will bring them closer together by the sharing of smell and scent.

ESSENCE.com: Have you heard of any men purchasing it for themselves or borrowing it from their wives? Any anecdotal stories?
BERRY: Well, my manager wears it. [Laughs] I mean, he just flat-out wears it. I know it’s not just because he’s supporting me and he loves me. He didn’t wear all of the other ones. But this one, I think he really likes it. And I do have people who are telling me they really love it, and there are others that are trying it. [Men and women are] finding they both like it. So it seems like it will ultimately end up being maybe a shared fragrance, which will be nice.

ESSENCE.com: It seems like there was a very concerted effort to have a sexier fragrance. Even the back of the package has a guy’s arms holding you. Were you trying to make any statements about love?
BERRY: Not really. What we were trying to express there is that with this fragrance, if you’re both wearing it, then you won’t know where one begins and one ends because you become extensions of each other through scent. That’s what the packaging was really trying to suggest.

ESSENCE.com: How hands-on were you when the fragrance was created?
BERRY: One of the things I love most about partnering with Coty is they always let me be involved, and every fragrance that has my name on it is something that I really love. They help me, of course. I’m not in the perfume business per se; I am because of Coty, and they clearly know a lot more than me. But they’ve invited me into the process, and I’ve learned a lot. Each time, they are interested in what I like to say, what smells I’m interested in. I always have the final say as to what the final product is, and they are all versions of myself and versions of things I just love, love, love.

ESSENCE.com: You mentioned that mimosa was one of your favorite flowers. What are some of your other favorite scent inspirations?
BERRY: I like musk. I think musk is the base of every good fragrance and, truth be told, it’s in everything I do because it’s just undeniably sexy. And I like flowers. I’m not a big floral girl, although many of my fragrances are floral — they’re like orchids, or violets, jasmine — but I try to mix the florals in a unique way because I’m not normally a big floral bouquet person.

ESSENCE.com: This one is right on the borderline, and I know your manager wears it. Would you ever create a scent collection for men specifically?
BERRY: Maybe. If consumers and people keep thinking that they’re liking what I’m doing, then who knows? Down the road I might have a chance to do a fragrance for men. I know what would smell really good on men. [Laughs]

ESSENCE.com: So what do you like to smell on men?
BERRY: I like to smell something clear, but I like clean and earthy. So I would try to find a way to do that, and I have some ideas, so maybe we’ll see.

Halle Berry received a police escort on Friday as she took daughter Nahla to the theatre in Downtown Los Angeles.

The 46-year-old actress and her four-year-old were driven to the Nokia Theatre in a black SUV, surrounded by four police on motorcycles following Thursday's incident between Halle's boyfriend Olivier Martinez and ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

Halle looked calm as she escorted Nahla into the theatre and then carried her out accompanied by a bodyguard.

Looking low key in jeans, a black top and sandals, Halle held Nahla's hand as they made their way inside to watch a concert by children's entertainers Yo Gabba Gabba.

Nahla looked pretty in a pink polka dot dress and purple flip flops and listened to music on bright pink headphones, while her mother held her cuddly toy.

There was no sign of Halle's French beau Martinez who had earlier been seen in a liquor store brandishing a swollen hand from Thursday's altercation.

Still, Olivier's hand appeared to have swelled some more overnight - and looked bloated and painful as he stopped by Gil Turner's Fine Wine & Spirits in Los Angeles on Friday.

Gabriel, 37, meanwhile, was pictured being whisked out of LAPD's Downtown jail in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

Bail Bondsman David Perez of David Perez Bail Bonds paid Aubry's $20,000 bail - before picking him up at around 6pm.

Aubry - father of Halle's daughter Nahla - was charged with battery and taken into custody upon his discharge from hospital at around 3.30pm on Thursday - where he was treated for a broken rib and bruises to the face.

Eventful: Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez looked furious as they headed home from hospital after the brawl on Thursday

Gabriel and Halle - who split in 2010 - have been at odds ever since she tried to convince a judge to allow her to move to France with Nahla, a move which was recently blocked by the courts.

On Thursday a judge issued an emergency protective order in the wake of the melee - meaning Gabriel must stay 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier and Nahla.

Onlookers told TMZ the fight was 'brutal', with the website describing a blow-by-blow account of the melee.

A source said: 'Olivier blocked [Gabriel's punch] and the punch struck him in the shoulder instead.

'Gabriel then pushed Olivier to the ground, a struggle ensued, ending when Olivier pinned Gabriel to the ground.'

Olivier performed a citizen's arrest on his love rival, before police were called to the scene and arrested Aubry for battery.

Meanwhile, Olivier also required hospital treatment - and arrived at the Cedars Sinai Hospital around an hour after Aubry.

The model-turned-actor was later pictured leaving the hospital, with Halle and Nahla in tow, and took the wheel of the car despite sporting a swollen hand, which he may have fractured during the fight.

Meanwhile, Halle was joined by a slew of other celebrity parents and their children at Friday's show.
