Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry 'agrees to anger management classes' after nanny attack allegations

Classes: Gabriel Aubry is claimed to have agreed to take anger management classes

Halle Berry's ex boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey has 'agreed to take anger management classes' following an incident where he is alleged to have 'pushed' his daughter's nanny.

According to TMZ, the 36-year-old male model and his former girlfriend spent hours yesterday with representatives from the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services.

It is claimed by sources that social workers concluded Aubry 'needed to work on his anger issues.'

TMZ claim that the DCFS recommended Aubry take anger management classes and sources say he 'agreed to enrol.'

A law enforcement source connected with the case told the website: 'Gabriel has a little bit of a temper, but the good news is that he realises it.'

The recommendation stems from an incident earlier this month in which Gabriel allegedly pushed the nanny while she was holding three-year-old Nahla.

However, Aubry denied this, telling social workers he never touched the nanny, according to TMZ sources.

The website report that the DCFS will not be making any recommendations in regard to changing the custody arrangement, although Aubry and Berry are due in court again on Monday.

Speaking to Radar Online yesterday, a source said: 'These are very serious allegations and Gabriel was obviously very nervous. Gabriel feels that he is living in a police state as far as his time with his daughter is concerned.

'He is a doting and loving father and extremely attentive to Nahla. His daughter wasn't present when the interview took place.

'The investigation will remain open at this point, but it's not uncommon at all for officials to keep an investigation open out of an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of the child.'

The questioning comes after Alliance Kamden claimed that she went to pick up the little girl from school and when she found she wasn't there, she went to call on Aubry.

A source told Radar that she got into an argument with Aubry because she was not told that Nahla was not at school, and the model verbally abused her before pushing her.

The source said: 'She picked up Nahla to leave and Gabriel yelled at her and shoved her out the door so hard that she hit the wall - while she had Nahla in her arms.'

Alliance Kamden filed a police report and Aubry is now being investigated for misdemeanor battery and child endangerment, but Aubry insists that she tripped and he would not push her, especially while she was holding his daughter.

Berry, 45, was also questioned this week over the allegations, although she did not witness the argument.

A source said: 'She has a very strong narrative about what the nanny had told her had been occurring over the past several months.

'Halle wanted law enforcement to have all relevant information. There is absolutely no love lost between Halle and Gabriel.'
