She's currently in the midst of a messy custody battle over daughter Nahla with her former flame, model Gabriel Aubry.
And it seems as Halle Berry prepares to hopefully move to France she is getting used to her a brand new look too.
The 45-year-old actress was seen showing off her curly tresses as she stepped out shopping with a friend.

Halle, has recently spoke of how a move to France would be to better protect her four-year-old from stalkers and paparazzi.

'Yeah, there are laws like in France, which is the reason I want go there,' the gorgeous 45-year-old told Extra's Terri Seymour. 'Laws that protect children, protect right to privacy. All I want is for my family and myself to have a normal life. When I’m not at work, that’s very important to me.'

In the heavily-anticipated film out October, she plays a Jewish woman in the 1930s, an old tribal woman, and a environmentalist in the 1970s.

HOLLYWOOD star Halle Berry is almost unrecognisable as she steps out sporting curly locks.

The stunning actress, 45, is usually seen sporting her trademark spiky crop.
But she wore her new longer hair in tight natural ringlets during a casual day out in Los Angeles this week.
It's possible Halle be growing the locks in time for new look at her wedding to French actor and model Olivier Martinez.
Kylie Minogue's ex Olivier popped the question to Halle with a diamond ring over the festive period.
