Looks like Halle Berry might be planning a change.

The 48-year-old all but cleared out a newsstand in Malibu, California, on Sunday.

Stopping by the famed Malibu Country Mart with husband Olivier Martinez, the star bought more magazines in the one stop than most people will read this year.

The Oscar winner was provided a spontaneous arm workout session as she carried 12 heavy luxury fashion and house magazines back to her car.

Perhaps planning a really lazy Sunday of reading or with some makeover projects on mind, the star was set.

Maybe wanting to get a head start on changing her home's decorating a little bit, Halle also stopped by homewares store Burro.

The Monster's Ball actress emerged with a big brown bag of goodies from the shop.

For her day at the country mart, the mother of two - six-year-old Nahla and one-year-old Maceo - donned an asymmetrical black skirt with a V-neck sleeveless grey top.

Keeping her look Malibu beach chic, she added a pair of leather flip flops and wore her hair in a bob with soft waves.

Avoiding most Halle's makeover driven shopping, Oliver waited around for her to finish.

Dressed in a very similarly coloured ensemble, the 49-year-old actor wore black jeans with a grey T-shirt and threw on a pair of banged up motorcycle boots and a cap.

Halle certainly has some free time at the moment to consider some protects around the home.

Her television series Extant has been renewed but does not start filming for a little while yet ahead of its return in the summer.

Halle Berry put in a stylish appearance with friends on Thursday afternoon, trying to keep a low profile in oversized shades.

Undoubtedly still the main attraction at the London Hotel in West Hollywood, Halle stepped out of her car in a low, feather-trim black fedora hat and set off a chic outfit with racy leather boots.

The Extant actress, 48, was recognisable from her curly brown bob when she stood talking outside the luxury lunch spot.

Despite the warmth in California, Halle layered on a sparkly, long-sleeved jacket and covered up her legs in leather knee-cap leggings.

The actress Halle had her white car valeted outside the venue and carried a $20 bill in her left hand, with her oversized handbag balanced on the elbow.

Halle flashed her Hollywood smile in conversation with friends and appeared to be beaming from what looked like a business meeting.

The former Bond Girl appeared to be putting a brave face on recent events which saw her husband Olivier Martinez face assault allegations for a scuffle with an airport employee as the pair walked through LAX airport.

The incident, which happened on January 5 as they arrived back from a Christmas trip to Paris, has lead to a battery report against Olivier.

Olivier was said to be protecting his family, including their one-year-old son Maceo and Halle's six-year-old daughter Nahla, from an 'amateur paparazzi' who tried to take pictures of them at the Tom Bradley International Terminal in the early hours of the morning.

A video shows the airport employee fall to the ground after, as TMZ reports, he was pushed by Olivier while he carried an empty child's car seat.

Actress Halle currently stars in the television science-fiction drama, Extant and is rumoured to be working on new movie Miles And Me, a biopic about Miles Davis.

He'll star alongside Chad Michael Murray, Brendan Fraser and Ray Liotta in the story of how the Texas Rangers were created.

They rarely step out in public with one another but actress Halle Berry and her handsome husband OIivier Martinez cosied up for a snap at Disneyland Paris on Monday.

Halle, 48, wrapped up warm for the outing in a grey padded jacket, while her actor man wore a similar coat in a shiny black fabric.

He topped off the look with a grey bakerboy hat and a navy blue scarf.

The Monsters Ball actress kept her hair fairly short and in loose curls and wore soft but minimal make-up for the outing.

The loved-up couple have a one-year-old son together, Maceo and Halle has six-year-old daughter Nahla, from her previous relationship with Gabriel Aubry but neither were pictured on the day.

Halle appears to have a love of all things Disney and took her eldest child to Disney On Ice earlier this month, with the adorable girl dressing up as Elsa from Frozen for the outing.

With the holiday season upon us, Halle Berry decided to temporarily put her legal worries behind her and enjoy some Disney magic.

The 48-year-old took her six-year-old daughter Nahla to a performance of Disney on Ice on Saturday, ensuring that her little girl enjoys the holiday season.

The youngster certainly got into the Disney spirit, dressing up as Frozen's Queen Elsa.

Nahla certainly stood out in the turquoise ensemble complete with matching cape as she indulged in some sweet cotton candy.

For an additional treat, the Extant actress bought Nahla a present as she was carrying a Disney bag.

The Swordfish star was seen without one-year-old son Maceo, who she shares with actor husband Olivier Martinez.

Halle wants to make sure Nahla isn't impacted by her legal drama with ex partner Gabriel Aubry.

And even though they have joint custody, their feuds continue to make headlines.

Halle last month accused the 39-year-old of chemically lightening and straightening the little girl's hair, which he denied.

At the time, Gabriel - a Canadian native - said it was caused by the sun and spending time in the swimming pool - and a court judge ruled that neither parent could mess with Nahla's natural appearance.

TMZ also revealed a photo of a hairbrush Halle submitted to the court which she says contains strands that prove her ex deliberately altered their daughter's hair.

The Monster's Ball star, who became the first African American woman to win an Academy Award for her role in the film, also accused Gabriel of making racial slurs against her, legal papers obtained by Mailonline revealed.

A source close to Halle said that Gabriel - who was reprimanded by the judge - had called her the N word.

'Halle is a great mom, she wants to keep Nahla on an even keel,' the insider said.
