There were fears Halle Berry was going to get yet another divorce after she stopped wearing her wedding ring.

But just days after it emerged she lost the bauble during a break in Mexico she was once again wearing a band on her finger when she left the Jimmy Kimmel Live show in Los Angeles on Monday.

More thrillingly, she was also wearing a see-through top that showed off her bra and and ample assets.

It was the perfect way for the 49-year-old actress to attract attention, as she was looking great in the sheer polo neck, black trousers and stiletto heels.

The Catwoman legend made extra sure all eyes got a good view of her ring by waving at the fans gathered outside using her left hand.

The fact she was missing an engagement ring had stirred many into believing that the mother-of-two was splitting from handsome French husband Olivier Martinez.

This was of great concern for her cadre of supporters, as the pair have a one-and-half -year-old son Maceo. Halle also has a six-year-old daughter Nahla from her previous relationship with Gabriel Aubry.

But it seems it was all much ado about nothing as insiders said Halle actually lost the wedding band in Mexico at the Acapulco International Film Festival.

The acclaimed actress' ring had either fell off her hand or she left it on a table and someone took it.

Insiders also revealed that there has ‘been no discussion about divorce with an attorney.’

But Halle Berry distracted from that drama on Thursday, giving onlookers something else to ogle over as she attended the Hollywood Foreign Press Association Annual Grants Banquet at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.

The 48-year-old actress stunned while showing off her trim figure in a fitted blue cut-out dress.

Halle Berry will be celebrating her 49th birthday in less than two weeks.

The Extant star proved she's still one of the most stunning fashion and beauty icons around while heading to dinner at trendy Craig's restaurant in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Halle was dressed in a sexy black dress made of loosely fitting silk material, which was perfect for this hot summer day.

Showing just a hint of cleavage, Halle accessorised her decollétage with intricately dangling earrings and a simple pendant necklace.

Halle wore her long hair pulled back in a casual ponytail while her complexion was radiantly smooth with just a trace of neutral-toned make-up.

Elsewhere, Halle is currently starring in season two of the CBS sci-fi series Extant.

As she admitted during a spring press conference to promote the series, Halle was initially terrified of taking the television role but is now counting her blessings.

'The best things in my opinion are on television now. So I'm lucky to get to be on TV actually,' Halle said. 'In a show of this quality with these show runners, these actors, it's high quality, and I feel really lucky that I get to work in this medium.'

Halle - who won an Oscar for her role in Monster's Ball - revealed that playing astronaut Molly has been the hardest of her career.

'It is a whole lot of work. I mean, I've never worked so hard in my life,' added the mother of two, Maceo, 22 months, and Nahla, seven.

'I was nursing, my baby was just three months old when we started, so I was doing drive-by nursings every two hours and I was over my head - the amount of scenes we shoot in a day, the things I had to memorise,' she recalled.
