Carry on regardless! Gabriel Aubry forgets all about custody woes as he spends a day snuggling his daughter Nahla

It looks like Gabriel Aubry is set on carrying on regardless despite his bitter custody battle with Halle Berry.
For the male model was seen cuddling and laughing with his daughter Nahla after he picked her up from school in Los Angeles today.
And it seems the four-year-old has a slapstick sense of humour if her antics are anything to go buy.

And he certainly seemed to see the funny side, as he could not help from bursting into a fit of giggles.
The ambrosial youngster certainly seemed to be having a great time with her father, and they both looked happy and relaxed.
This is more than can be said for Gabriel when he was grilled by Halle's lawyer at a meeting at his office last month.

She wants to live in Paris with her current squeeze Olivier Martinez, who proposed earlier this year.
And there are little signs of an agreement, as Monsters Ball favourite recently said her heart is set on the move.
She said: 'I’m hoping. I think it would be a much more normal way of life for my family.
'We’d have more privacy and more laws there to protect my daughter.
'I’m really very concerned about her growing up in the US, with the way things are and the laws they are not in place to protect children.'
