Halle Berry whisks Nahla and a friend off to see Cinderella

Mommy's little princess: Halle Berry whisks Nahla and a friend off to see Cinderella

Halle Berry put her acrimonious custody battle aside to bond with her adorable daughter Nahla today in Hollywood.
The 46-year-old placed a comforting hand on four-year-old Nahla's head as they walked inside El Capitan theatre to see Cinderella.
The two were joined by one of Nahla's little friends who appeared just as delighted to be going to the theatre, which also offers live performances by actors dressed up in Disney costumes.

Casually dressed in jeans, flats and a sweater, Halle tried to blend in with the other parents who lined up to see the show at the popular Hollywood Boulevard theatre.
The Oscar winner held Nahla's hand as the trio walked inside to catch the flick.

Berry, who is engaged to French actor Oliver Martinez, is currently embroiled in an intense custody battle for Nahla with former boyfriend, Calvin Klein model Gabriel Aubry.
The Monster's Ball actress has said she wants to move with her daughter to France to live with Martinez.
However, Aubry is requesting to the courts that his daughter stay in Malibu, where Halle now has a home, as she'll be able to safely attend local schools.

The Oscar-winner insists, though, that life in the Los Angeles area is unsafe under the ever present paparazzi.
After Princess Diana's fatal car crash in 1997, France made it a crime to harass celebrities in public.
It's not known precisely what is happening in court for Halle and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry since the legal proceedings were sealed.
However, according to E! News, 17 days have been blocked off on the schedule for a trial and witnesses will be called, so this case is far from over.
