Olivier Martinez drops criminal charges against fiancée Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubrey over Thanksgiving brawl as he sports black hand brace

Despite showing off visible injuries from his fist fight with Gabriel Aubry two weeks ago, Olivier Martinez has informed police he does not want to pursue criminal charges against Halle Berry's ex, according to reports.
Martinez told the LAPD that he wanted to drop the charges regarding the Thanksgiving day brawl, which resulted in Aubry suffering horrific facial injuries.
A source told Radaronline.com: 'Olivier informed the LAPD and the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office that he was no longer interested in pursuing criminal charges against Aubry.'

'Aubry and Berry worked out a confidential settlement last week that included specific language about how none of the parties -- Halle, Gabe or Olivier -- would pursue criminal charges against the another. All sides managed to agree to satisfactory terms with the focus being on ending the mayhem for the sake of Halle and Gabriel's daughter Nahla.'
The LAPD are said to have turned the case over to the Attorney's Office to determine if any charges should be filed.
On Sunday the Martinez, 46, was seen sporting a black hand brace.
The actor was spotted out and about in Los Angeles on Sunday picking up several groceries from a supermarket.
There was no sign of his fiancée as he ran his errands and showed off his black hand brace in the process.

The Unfaithful star hid his face behind a large pair of shades as he made his way back to his car.
At the centre of the drama was Halle and Gabriel's four-year-old daughter Nahla, and both parties took out an emergency restraining order against each other after the brawl.
Aubry was arrested after the melee, which happened when he was dropping off Nahla at Berry's home.
Police reports on Wednesday indicated Gabriel, 36, threw the first punch and concludes Olivier, 46, acted in self-defence.

Police sources told TMZ the men traded verbal barbs during the altercation but Gabriel never alerted authorities about alleged death threats he received from Olivier prior to the incident.
However, the three stars have since come to an 'amicable agreement', according to Halle’s lawyer, Blair Berk, which he confirmed in a handwritten note to E! News.
Nahla has since been reunited with her Canadian model father and was spotted spending time with him on Friday.
