The stunning 46-year-old seems to have no truck with maternity wear, in fact her look as she expects her second child is more maternity where?

On Thursday night in Rio she excelled herself as she slinked down the carpet of Brazil's premiere of The Call in a stunning fitted lace and satin dress.
