'It's a lot of work': Halle Berry reveals she struggled to shoot her new series Extant while caring for a newborn as she shows off figure on Letterman
Her baby boy doesn't sleep through the night and her brand new series Extant premieres in two days.
But Oscar winning actress Halle Berry could not have looked more dazzling on Monday as she arrived on the set of Late Night With David Letterman in New York City.
The 47-year-old mother, who gave birth to her second child only eight months ago, could have stopped traffic in her tight metallic number.

The long-sleeved garment fell down to her knees and also featured a plunging neckline, showing off ample cleavage for her television appearance.
Her cropped tresses were arranged in a messy style, and she kept her footwear basic with simple patent black heels.

A sizeable crowd had gathered around outside the New York studio to see Halle make her grand entrance.
As they snapped photos, the Perfect Stranger star strolled around with a beaming smile and waved, surely making a few people's day.
The Oscar-winning actress will play an astronaut named Molly Woods on the CBS series Extant that will make its debut on July 9.'It's a lot of work. I had no idea what it was like to shoot a TV series and with a newborn who doesn't sleep through the night,' Halle told the late-night chat show host when asked about the new series.
It's a science fiction series, and Halle recently spoke about her decision to take a starring role as she graced the cover of Entertainment Weekly.

Explaining how she was drawn to the character, she said: ''The minute I started to read it, I couldn't put it down.
'I thought, 'Wow. This is different.' It's innovative. Molly is a strong female character, which I really love to play. Molly is a complicated woman with a complicated family,' she added.
Halle said the show had the quality she needed to make the commitment.
'I was being offered parts that I felt like I had done before. They weren’t exciting enough for me to leave my family for four months. I realized some of the best writing especially for women, was on television,' she said.
Halle has an eight-month-old son Maceo with her 48-year-old actor husband Olivier Martinez and also has a six-year-old daughter Nahla from her previous relationship with Gabriel Aubry.
