Talking shop! Halle Berry jokes with Nahla after giving her a retail lesson at chemist

Learning to shop is one of the most important life skills to learn for the children of Hollywood stars.
And it seems Halle Berry thought the time was right for her daughter Nahla pick up some retail proficiency now she is four-years-old.
However the canny Catwoman star realised she had to start with baby steps, as one of her first tasks was picking out toothpaste at a pharmacy in West Hollywood today.

The youngster was spotted helping her mother carry her shopping basket and picking out the essential bathroom item as they wandered around CVS.
And she seemed pleased with her progress at the end of the lesson, as she gave her a congratulatory pep-talk afterwards.
Halle looked as good as ever in a loose knitted top, baggy trousers, sandals and shades, while Nahla was cute as a button in a white T-shirt, turquoise shorts and yellow shoes.
The X-Men favourite took her little girl out for the adventure after picking her up from school.

And they certainly made the most of it, as they wandered around the aisles with gay abandon.
However such outings could soon be a thing of the past if Halle has her way.
For she is currently involved in a bitter custody battle with her former partner Gabriel Aubry over her plans to move to France with their little girl.
She wants to permanently stay in her fiancé Olivier Martinez's homeland, and claims they will have more privacy if they go there.
The 45-year-old, who lives in swanky Beverly Hills, said: 'There are laws like in France, which is the reason I want go there
'Laws that protect children, protect right to privacy. All I want is for my family and myself to have a normal life. When I’m not at work, that’s very important to me.'
