She's expected to give birth at any time as her due date fast approaches.
But Halle Berry proved that being heavily pregnant doesn't mean that you have to scrimp on the glamour as she headed out for dinner in a blue mini-dress and towering stilettos on Tuesday.
Treating herself to a date night with other half Olivier Martinez at exclusive Beverly Hills restaurant Madeo, the 47-year-old made an effort with her evening attire.

She's been spotted looking dressed down and low-key in recent weeks as she gears up to give birth any day now, but it seemed that Halle felt the need to pull out all the stops on Tuesday.
Obviously in the mood to have a night out with just her new husband, the actress had left Nahla with a babysitter so that she could spend some quality time with her other half.
With the dynamic about to change as the welcome a newborn baby into the family, the loved up couple clearly realised the importance of keeping the romance alive.

And the Monster's Ball actress went to town with her ensemble in a bid to impress her other half, covering her large baby bump in her draping blue dress.
Halle obviously wasn't worried about flashing the flesh in the thigh-skimming dress, which showed off a hint of cleavage.
Obviously a pro at walking in heels, the star negotiated the walk from the car to the restaurant in the skyscraper ankle-strap stilettos.
She wore her trademark crop of dark hair perfectly styled and accessorsed with large silver earrings and a navy clutch to match her dress.

A few days before, Halle had celebrated her 47th birthday with Olivier an her daughter with a low-key dinner in Santa Monica.
As Halle moves into her final stages of pregnancy, Olivier has been making regular trips to the supermarket to stock up on baguettes and trips to pizza parlours which seem to be Nahla's favourite food.
Halle and French actor Olivier married on July 13 at the fairytale Chateau des Conde, which sits in the Burgundy countryside around an hour’s drive south of Paris.
In April the couple revealed they are expected a son, with Berry saying it was ‘the biggest surprise of my life.’
