She's suffering from a broken foot, but Halle Berry still looks happy as a clam.

The 45-year-old Oscar winner couldn't stop smiling after leaving a romantic luncheon with fiance Olivier Martinez today.

The couple, who met on the set of the upcoming film Dark Tide, stepped out for a bite at Italian eatery Cecconi's this afternoon.

Berry looked stunning as usual despite her unwieldy cast.

She wore blue jeans and a simple grey top, as well as sunglasses and a ball cap.

Her French boyfriend looked equally low-key in jeans, sunglasses and a Berlin sports T-shirt, though he wore far more accessories than she.

The 46-year-old actor's wrists were both encircled by heavy silver bracelets.

Though the Monster's Ball star has received some bad news regarding her bitter ex-boyfriend, love does appear to have worked its calming magic.

Gabriel Aubry, the father of Berry's three-year-old daughter, Nahla, has alleged to have filed legal documents that might require Berry to pay through the nose.

He has said to have asked for $15,000 - $20,000 a month so that he can provide a proper home for his little girl.

According to TMZ.com, he has also asked for a 'very large' clothing allowance amount for his daughter, as well as additional funds to take her to Canada to visit his family.

The website reports that she is fighting Aubry on his request.

A hearing was originally scheduled for Monday, but has been put off until April 9.

A dependency judge still has to decide whether or not some of Aubry's custody rights will be taken away.
